Don Wilson — "First of all, I enjoyed Lee Morgan's creative ability because I knew him very well. Of all the many tunes that he had written, I think this is one of the most delicate and intricately beautiful. And I feel rather close to what may have inspired Lee to write such a beautiful melody. It was a part of his personality that many people did not know. I felt great in doing this song because of that."
